Well, another month has sped by and it’s hard to imagine where the time has gone! I have been busy writing and dreaming up new ideas with my publishers, as well as planning many more Laureate events in the months to come.
The highlight for me last month was an online conversation with author and teacher-librarian Megan Daley and co-founder of the Your Kid’s Next Read Facebook Group. Megan has written a book called Raising Readers and is passionate about supporting early literacy, so it ended up being a fascinating conversation about the best ways we can do this, with lots of great audience questions, too.
