World Teachers’ Day is held internationally on Tuesday 5 October. As it usually falls during the school holidays in many parts of Australia, in Victoria, they celebrate World Teachers’ Day on 27 October 2023. It is a chance to recognise and celebrate the teachers who are making, or have made, an impact in our lives.
Excitement is building for World Teacher’s Day in NSW on Friday 27 October.
1,059 heartwarming messages across 360 schools have already been shared on the “NSW Teaching Gems” map, illustrating the important role early childcare, primary and secondary teachers play in communities across NSW.
FFLL recognises all teachers for the work they do.
